Recruiting Adminstrator
The main duty is to execute the recruitment and selection for all assigned positions. Support the Human Resources department by conducting interviews, pre-employment testing, initiates background checks, extend job offers and work with the hiring managers throughout the entire process. Insures that all HR paperwork requirements are complete and accurate for on-boarding along with the maintenance of employee files. Provides administrative support to the functional areas within Human Resources. Proficient in Micro Soft Office is a must. Detail-oriented team player with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Maintains the employee active and inactive file system to ensure compliance and maintenance.
Requirements - Experience - Minimum: 
Requirements - Education: 
High School Diploma or GED is required. A stable work history is required. Must have at least one to three years of experience in the Human Resources field.
