Description: 
POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for billing clients for fulfillment services which includes: entering and updating rates for billing information, verifying invoices, and sending invoices to client contacts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare client invoices utilizing both billing systems, SMARTLINK and MS90 for account management review and finalization for client with accuracy and according to specific deadlines. • Review draft invoices for accuracy on a weekly basis. • Investigate billing discrepancies. • Research any new feeds to determine if billing is required. • Maintain client rate files, updating any amendments or changes to pricing accurately and according to specific deadlines. • Prepare interest statements for clients with past due balances. • Maintain balances for clients with billing minimums. • Prepare rate sheets and letters for CPIs. • Enter new rates for CPIs and amendments. • Set up rates and system records for new clients by interpreting client contract. • Answer client or Account Manager’s questions regarding invoices • Track daily cash deposits or maintains check log for deposits. • Reconcile postage account billing to the general ledger. • Maintain up-to-date contact information for clients, billing processes and records of electronic invoices, approvals, and increases.

Requirements - Education: 
Possess or working toward a degree in accounting or related subject area is desirable. Experience in a similar detail-oriented type position with increasing responsibilities will also be considered. Must be self-motivated and disciplined .Stable work history is required. Minimum Excel – Intermediate Level. Basic to Intermediate for Word and Outlook. Must be able to pay close attention to detail. Must be able to communicate efficiently in English. Must be able to prioritize workload/schedule. Must have excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
