Palm Coast Data Signals Contact Center Services Expansion with Hire of Geoff Barlow as VP, Sales & Contact Center Services

PALM COAST, Fla. (June 10, 2015) – Palm Coast Data today announced the appointment of Geoff Barlow as Vice President, Sales and Contact Center Services. The hiring represents PCD’s commitment to broadening its reach to diverse industries requiring customer engagement support.


Mr. Barlow has more than 20 years experience in the contact center industry specializing in the financial services, health care, pharmaceutical and retail markets. He was the founder and CEO of Direct Telesource, a full service integrated marketing company based in Connecticut.  Following the sale of Direct Telesource to Protocol Global Solutions, he served as VP, Business Development. In addition, his experience includes senior sales roles with Marketing Alternatives and EXL Service Holdings.
